A message from Steve and Eman Forster on behalf of North Ferriby United:

“As many North Ferriby United fans will now be aware, Les Hare has stood down from his role of Chairmen of the Club and announced his retirement from football.

“It was with great sadness that we receive his decision.

“It is very difficult to put Les’s contribution to North Ferriby United into words, but anyone who has followed the Club in recent years will agree that it has been nothing short of immense. His pride, passion and commitment to North Ferriby United, and his many years of tireless work for the Club, have played a huge part in making it what it is today and achieving its recent successes on the pitch. Les will be sorely missed by players, staff and fans alike.

“The Club would like to take this opportunity to thanks Les for all that his has done during his tenure at North Ferriby United and to wish him all the very best in his future endeavours.

“North Ferriby United will always be indebted to Les for his dedication and Les will always remain one of the great characters in the history of the Club.”
