U16 Girls win County Cup
A superb goal from Beatrice Wood after 73 minutes was enough to clinch the ERCFA U-16 County Cup at Inglemire Lane. Wood sprang the off-side trap, drew the keeper before rounding her and calmly placing the ball into the far corner of the goal. It was a tense finish as the referee played 10 minutes of additional time due to injuries and cramp.
Ferriby were the better side and dominated the second-half and thoroughly deserved the win.
